About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to guide clients on customer engagement strategies powered by Braze and mParticle. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and product, translating customer data into actionable insights and high-performing lifecycle programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on leveraging Braze and mParticle to achieve business goals such as activation, retention, and growth.
- Design, implement, and analyze customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmentation strategies in Braze.
- Audit existing event tracking and data flows, recommending improvements to ensure high-quality, unified customer data in mParticle.
- Define key performance metrics, build dashboards, and perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable user and campaign insights.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across marketing, product, data, and engineering to deploy and optimize data pipelines and engagement programs.
- Support experimentation initiatives (A/B and multivariate testing), campaign performance analysis, and continuous program optimization.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations, workshops, and documentation to communicate data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing technology consulting, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Braze (journeys/canvases, segmentation, reporting).
- Deep understanding of mParticle or similar CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, RudderStack).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of improving user engagement or retention through data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Iterable, or other MarTech platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience working with consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
