- Undergraduate in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, R, and Python
- Effective communication abilities and the capacity to discuss any topic with a wide range of people and groups
- The ability to create content quickly, carefully, and with a concentration on locating and pitching to a target audience
