Responsibilities
- Leverage data and advanced analytic approaches to generate, meaningful and actionable insights for the CRM team to drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Identify, develop, and optimise customer segments which can be actioned upon based on insights and the requirements of the CRM team
- With the support of in-souse data science manager develop, implement, and optimise predictive modelling and personalization algorithms to optimize customer experience and drive CLV
- Automate monthly customer segmentation runs
- Automate reports on the ongoing performance of CRM across the Client, specifically in the context of Customer Value
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present results in a clear manner to the CRM teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a field of similar quantitative nature
- 1-2 years of experience manipulating large data sets, building statistical models, and generating actionable insights from these data & analyses using Amazon Sagemaker and Amazon Athena
- Experience leveraging statistical programming languages R and/or Python for analyses (with in-depth knowledge of at least one)
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, ggplot;
- Experience in working with Aws data stack
- Proficiency in SQL
